Is the equipment safe and clean?
Absolutely. All our rentals are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each use to ensure safety and hygiene.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you can focus on enjoying the party.
How do I pay and what is your cancellation policy?
We require a deposit at booking, with the balance due before or on the event day. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit.
